What Makes the Nissan GT-R Stand Out?

2020 Nissan GT-R

Nissan has made several improvements to the GT-R over time, allowing you to make a bold statement while driving in a Nissan GT-R in Manchester, CT, offered in three primary trim levels: the Premium, Track, and NISMO.

The Nissan GT-R is offered with a 3.8-liter DOHC 24-valve twin-turbo V6 engine that produces a horsepower of 565 and torque of 467 lb-ft., which increases to 600 hp and 481 lb-ft of torque in the Track and NISMO trim levels. An AWD system operates the Nissan GT-R with a 6-speed dual-clutch automated manual gearbox.

Three driver-selectable shifting programs are also offered on the transmission, and performance characteristics can also be changed. EPA fuel economy ratings are at 16 / 22 mpg in the city/highway, and 18 mpg combined. Standard safety features available on the GT-R are anti-lock braking system, traction control, front, side and head-curtain, six airbags, and stability control.

The Nissan GT-R Premium trim has 20” Rays alloy wheels, cruise control, 11-speaker Bose audio system with active noise cancellation, LED headlights, an 8” touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth, titanium exhaust with sound control, Apple CarPlay integration, keyless entry with push-button start, heated and power-adjustable front seats, and a rear-view monitor.

The Premium also has package options like an all-weather package, premium interior package, and a 50th Anniversary package. The all-weather package offers a unique coolant mixture as well as all-season run-flat tires. The 50th Anniversary package is sold in 3 exterior color options: bayside blue, super silver quad coat, and pearl white tri-coat.

The Nissan GT-R Track trim level comes equipped with 20” NISMO wheels, carbon-fiber spoiler, unique red and black interior treatment with Recaro sport seats, NISMO-tuned suspension, and powertrain, and a carbon-fiber roof. Additionally, carbon-ceramic brake rotors and calipers are optional features available at an extra cost.

The Nissan GT-R NISMO is equipped with standard carbon-ceramic brakes of the previous trim levels. Adding to that, there are carbon fiber body components, as well as a brand new turbocharger design common with the GT-R NISMO GT3 race car. The Nissan GT-R NISMO is also offered with a unique rear wing and much more dramatic styling elements.
